Terms and Conditions
Registration is required in order to participate at the ICTCT Conference - International Co-operation on Theories and Concepts in Traffic safety. Registration is possible only via the registration facility on this website.
BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co. KG is the external partner for participant registration including the invoicing and collection of participation fees.
The following means of payment are available:
- Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
- Pay Pal
- Bank Transfer
There is no admittance to the event without a fully paid event ticket. Please note that there is no possibility to pay the conference fee on site. Therefore the payment must be made in advance.
Please send any e-mail amendments or cancellations regarding your participation to email@example.com.
On completion of the registration process, the system will generate an electronic confirmation of the registration which is automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user. Only once the registration fees have been paid in full, your participation will be confirmed.
Upon submitting the Online Registration Form, each participant will receive a unique registration number by e-mail. Please do not send any payments by bank transfer without the registration number and participant’s name included in payment details. Such payments cannot be identiﬁed.
Cancellation & refund policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please refer to the following important deadlines for cancellation
Up to 30th September 2021 100% refund, minus a 20 Euro (plus VAT) administrative charge.
Up to 1st October 2021 50% refund.
All bank service charges, exchange rate differences and administration fees will be deducted from your congress registration refund.
Refunds will be made after the conference.
